Bayer reaches $2 billion deal over future Roundup cancer claims

The manufacturer of weed-killer Roundup has agreed to compensate future claimants for injuries caused by their product. Under the proposed plan, Bayer will provide $2 billion for a four-year period as compensation and to cover outreach and diagnostic assistance. Future claimants could receive up to $200,000 under the deal.

If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and were exposed to Roundup before their diagnosis, please call Bolson Law LLC today to discuss your potential claim.
